Orders are processed by the sales office within 24/48 hours from receipt (excluding holidays and pre-holidays) and are subsequently delivered by our contracted couriers.
SHIPPING METHOD AND COD FEE:
ITALY: Express Courier GLS (1-2 days) ** €8.00 VAT included
Shipping via express courier with delivery in 24/48 hours.
** The amount refers to standard-sized packages with a value up to €60.00 VAT included and only for payments made via Credit Card and Advance Bank Transfer.
For purchases in ITALY above €60.00 VAT included, shipping costs are waived.
For Cash on Delivery payments, in addition to the shipping costs mentioned above, there will be an extra charge of €8.00 VAT included. Cash on Delivery payment will be accepted up to a maximum amount of €450.00 VAT included.
For packages weighing/voluming more than 20 kg, the transport cost will be calculated and communicated before the shipment.
ATTENTION: Regarding delivery times, we assume no responsibility for delays or issues caused by the courier. Items picked up at our headquarters are usually delivered the following day to most Italian towns (except for islands, some southern regions, and certain peripheral areas where delivery takes place in 2 days). Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered, as couriers do not operate on those days.
EUROPE: Express Courier (2-5 days) - the price will depend on the destination. These fees will be displayed in the shopping cart at the time of purchase before confirming the order.
