Purchases made through the Righetti Ridolfi Srl e-commerce are secure and guaranteed and can be made through different payment methods:
Payment by Bank Transfer (Advance Payment)
In case of payment via bank transfer, the order will be processed only after Righetti Ridolfi Srl receives proof of payment or confirmation of the transfer from the bank. The reason for the bank transfer must include the order number and the customer's name. The bank transfer must be made payable to:

Customers making a bank transfer from a country using a currency other than the euro must transfer the order amount plus €27.00 (twenty-seven/00).
Payment by Credit Card
If the customer chooses to pay by credit card, the referring bank will authorize the charge for the amount related to the purchase. If the order is not accepted by Righetti Ridolfi Srl, the transaction will be canceled, and the charged amount will either be refunded by bank transfer or reversed. The release of funds depends solely on the banking system and may take up to the expected expiration date (24th day from authorization). Righetti Ridolfi Srl reserves the right to request additional information or copies of documents showing the ownership of the card used. If the customer fails to provide such information, Righetti Ridolfi Srl reserves the right not to accept the order.
Payments by credit card use the secure SSL payment system, so when confirming the order, the credit card data will be transferred through a secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted connection for authorization and charging. In no case will Righetti Ridolfi Srl receive the credit card number. Only the authorization provided by the card operator will be sent to Righetti Ridolfi Srl. This procedure is entirely secure and guarantees both the buyer and the merchant (Righetti Ridolfi Srl). The SSL encryption system ensures that no one can read the information sent over the internet.
