Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is governed by law, and the consumer-customer (i.e., an individual who purchases goods for purposes unrelated to their professional activity, or who does not make the purchase by providing a VAT number in the order form) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must send a communication to Righetti Ridolfi Srl at info@gpmax.com within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods.
Please Note: Customers purchasing with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal is, however, subject to the following conditions:
The purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging, any documentation, and accessories).
To prevent damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, placing it in a second box (do not attach labels or adhesive tapes directly to the product’s original packaging).
The shipping of the returned product is the full responsibility of the customer until the receipt of the return is acknowledged by our warehouse.
The transportation costs for the return of the goods are borne by the consumer-customer.
The costs incurred for collecting cash on delivery payments will not be refunded to the consumer-customer.
The handling fees for returns incurred by Righetti Ridolfi Srl will be charged to the consumer-customer at a flat rate of €10.00 per returned item and per delivery.
Righetti Ridolfi Srl is not liable in any way for damages, theft, or loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments. In no case will packages sent as cash on delivery or with postage due be accepted.
Return of Goods
The product must be returned to Righetti Ridolfi Srl within 14 days of receiving the return authorization sent via email by Righetti Ridolfi Srl, along with the received return authorization form. Unless there are restoration costs for damage to the original packaging, Righetti Ridolfi Srl will reimburse the customer for the full amount already paid for the product either through a chargeback to the Credit Card or via Bank Transfer. In the latter case, the customer will be responsible for promptly providing the bank details (IBAN code) for the refund.
When the Right of Withdrawal Expired
The right of withdrawal expires entirely if the essential condition of the product’s integrity (packaging and/or contents) is missing in the following cases, where Righetti Ridolfi Srl determines:
Partial use of the product;
The absence of the external packaging and/or original internal packaging;
The absence of integral components of the product;
Damage to the product for reasons other than its shipping.
In the cases mentioned above, Righetti Ridolfi Srl will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.
