General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the "General Conditions") govern the purchase of products and services made remotely and made available via the internet, through the website gpmax.com.

Premise
All purchases of products and services made through the e-commerce platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Purchase Contracts") by users accessing the platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Customers") are regulated by these General Conditions and other provisions and operating instructions contained within the e-commerce site. In case of conflict between the provisions of these operating instructions and the content of the General Conditions, the latter shall prevail.
Any operation and/or payment condition granted to the Customer as an exception to the General Conditions will be valid only if Righetti Ridolfi Srl has accepted such an exception in writing.
The provisions of these General Conditions apply equally to all Customers, except for those provisions that are expressly applicable only to Consumer Customers. A "Consumer Customer" is defined as an individual purchasing products or services from the e-commerce platform for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity they may conduct. For the purposes of these General Conditions, a Customer is presumed not to be a "Consumer Customer" if they submit a purchase proposal for products or services while simultaneously entering their VAT number in the section of the Site relating to Customer personal data. The provisions of Articles 50 to 63 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 also apply to Purchase Contracts entered into by Consumer Customers.
Righetti Ridolfi Srl may modify, at any time and without prior notice, the content of the General Conditions in this document. Any changes made will take effect from the date of publication on the e-commerce site, as stated in the heading of the General Conditions.
Purchase Procedure
The Customer may purchase products from the electronic catalog of the site, which are thoroughly illustrated on the homepage and within their respective product categories, as described in the related informational pages within the e-commerce site, following the technical access procedures outlined therein. The publication of products and services on the e-commerce site constitutes an invitation to the Customer to make a purchase proposal. The order submitted by the Customer constitutes a contractual proposal and implies full knowledge and acceptance of these General Conditions.
The correct receipt of the Customer's proposal is confirmed by Righetti Ridolfi Srl through an automatic response sent to the email address provided by the Customer. The response is automatically generated by the system and only confirms the correct receipt of the proposal. This confirmation message will indicate the 'Order Number,' which should be used for any further communication with Righetti Ridolfi Srl.
Each order can be reviewed by the Customer on the e-commerce site, within their personal area, immediately after submitting the order, until the order is processed by Righetti Ridolfi Srl (communicated to the Customer) through the update of the information in their personal area.
Each Purchase Contract entered into between Righetti Ridolfi Srl and the Customer is considered concluded upon acceptance of the order by Righetti Ridolfi Srl via email. Righetti Ridolfi Srl has the discretion to accept or reject the order submitted by the Customer, without the Customer being entitled to claim any rights, including compensation, in case of non-acceptance of the order.
By submitting the order, in the various ways provided by the operating instructions of the e-commerce site, the Customer declares that they have read all the information provided to them during the purchasing process and fully accepts these General Conditions and the payment terms described below.
Confirmation of the Reading of the Sales Terms
Product Prices – Delivery Charges – Product Availability
All product prices are clearly indicated on the e-commerce site and are inclusive of VAT. They do not include any additional taxes, duties, or fees imposed by the applicable regulations, such as those related to import duties. If necessary, the Customer is responsible for clearing imports and paying any duties or taxes (other than VAT) that may be due in the destination country.
The prices and availability of products listed on the e-commerce site are subject to change at any time without prior notice. However, for orders that are being accepted or have been accepted by Righetti Ridolfi Srl as per the above, the terms in effect at the time of the Customer’s order submission will apply.
The site highlights products available for shipping. This availability is not updated in real time; furthermore, given the potential simultaneous access of many users, the actual availability of individual products may vary significantly during the same day compared to what is indicated on the e-commerce site. Righetti Ridolfi Srl assumes no commitment or guarantee regarding immediate order fulfillment and will not be responsible for any delays or failure to process the order.
In the case of payment via Bank Transfer, Righetti Ridolfi Srl reserves the purchased products until the day following the order, by which time the Customer must notify the completion of the payment via fax or email.
If the delivery time of the ordered product experiences significant delays compared to the delivery times indicated on the e-commerce site before the order, Righetti Ridolfi Srl will promptly notify the Customer via email at the address provided by the Customer.
The cost of each shipment, which may vary depending on the delivery method, payment method, destination country, and total order amount, is added to the total price of each purchase and is clearly indicated and communicated to the Customer through the Site before the conclusion of the Purchase Contract.
Shipping costs, in the case of cash on delivery payment, consist of the standard shipping charges plus the collection fee.
The visual representation of the products on the Site, where available, generally corresponds to the product’s photographic image and serves only to present them for sale, without any guarantee or commitment by Righetti Ridolfi Srl regarding the exact correspondence between the image displayed on the e-commerce site and the actual product, particularly with regard to its real dimensions and/or color aspects.
